These real wood frames are sure to attract the attention of visitors to your lovely home and are an excellent gift idea to demonstrate how much someone means to you!
Please contact us today via email or the chat function if you have any specific questions or if you would like a quote for a customized frame.
All of our wood frames are inspected by a member of our team prior to staining to ensure the quality of the frame meets our highest quality standards. After the real wood frame passes the initial inspection, the frame moves to our staining department/process.
Each hand-stained frame takes one of our team members roughly one hour to hand stain, inspect, and finish to ensure a beautiful display for our customers. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
At the hand staining department/process, each of the real wood frames is hand stained by a member of our team, taking the time to ensure the stain is properly applied to give each frame a lovely and unique (e.g., grain of the wood) look.
Finally, at the finishing department/process the frames are once again inspected to ensure they meet our highest quality standards before receiving multiple applications of a top/finishing coat of satin lacquer. Between the coats of lacquer, our team members use very fine steel wool to sand/buff the frames for a smooth look and feel.
The satin finish looks and feels beautiful, adding a satin shine to interior wood surfaces in a crystal-clear finish that creates an ultra-hard, smooth finish on interior wood projects that offers a ton more protection for your custom frame.
These frames are sure to last and remain beautiful for many years!
Due to the materials used in the construction of the frames (e.g., REAL WOOD), each frame will have a slightly different appearance and will accept the stain in a different manner due to the natural grain of the wood.
The natural grain patterns are a normal and natural part of the staining process due to the use of real wood and adds a natural look to the frames when displayed.
